YourPpl•Feedback

Start, Stop, Continue feedback that actually moves things forward.

Most feedback is either too vague, too late or too complicated to act on.

YourPpl•Feedback gives teams and key people a lighter, cleaner way to gather useful feedback — without turning it into a heavy performance review.

It is future-focused, confidential and designed to help people understand what to start, stop and continue.

What it is

A simple structure for clearer contribution and intentional growth.

Start, Stop, Continue is a proven feedback method that has been around for a long time. We have made it simpler, safer and easier to use — so feedback comes from the people you work with, in their own words, and is summarised to help you move on it.

Start

What would be useful for this person or team to begin doing more deliberately?

Stop

What is getting in the way, creating friction, or no longer serving the work?

Continue

What is already working and should be protected, strengthened or repeated?

Pathfinder & Spotter

Feedback that helps you see what you cannot see clearly yourself.

The Pathfinder is the person receiving the feedback. The Spotters are the people invited to offer perspective from where they stand.

Like a gym spotter seeing your posture from the outside.
Like someone guiding you into a parking space you cannot see fully.
Like feedback on where the last shot landed so you can adjust your aim.

The AutomagiKal difference

Quick to gather. Clear to read. Easier to act on.

We use the same core Start, Stop, Continue model, but we remove the admin burden and the confidentiality risk from your internal team. We gather the feedback safely, collate it carefully, and turn it into clear summaries you can actually work with.

Quick to gather

The format is simple enough for people to respond without needing long forms, scores or complicated review language.

Confidential by design

Feedback is handled carefully, summarised clearly and designed to protect usefulness without turning comments into a public pile-on.

AI-assisted, human-reviewed

AI helps with synthesis and pattern-finding, but human oversight keeps the work sensible, contextual and fair.

Built for action

The point is not to admire the report. The point is to know what to do next.

Team add-on

7LFS

7LFS means 7 Leadership Friction Statements. Drawn from more than 10 years of working with startup and small-company teams, the statements show where people stand, how they are perceived, and where mismatched answers are creating friction in communication, ownership, decision-making and execution.

Team add-on

Action Support

Optional follow-on support to help the team move from insight to action through prompts, nudges, reflection and accountability over time.

Start, Stop, Continue helps you hear from the people you work with, in a safe, meaningful and practical way. 7LFS adds a leadership friction lens for the team version.

FAQ

Questions people ask about YourPpl•Feedback.

What is Start, Stop, Continue feedback?

Start, Stop, Continue is a long-standing, simple feedback structure that asks what someone or a team should start doing, stop doing and continue doing. AutomagiKal makes it easier, safer and more practical by handling the process, confidentiality, collation and summaries outside the internal team.

Is this a performance review?

No. It is lighter, more focused and more future-facing than a full performance review. It is designed to give useful insight without turning the process into a heavy assessment exercise.

Who are Spotters?

Spotters are people invited to give feedback because they see something the Pathfinder may not see clearly. They may be colleagues, stakeholders, peers, clients or others with a useful perspective.

Who is the Pathfinder?

The Pathfinder is the person receiving the feedback. The language matters: this is not someone being fixed. It is someone choosing to grow with clearer outside perspective.

How anonymous is the process?

Feedback is handled confidentially and summarised carefully. The purpose is to reveal useful patterns without making individual comments identifiable where that would damage safety or usefulness.

What is Action Support?

Action Support is an optional follow-on layer that helps the individual or team act on the feedback. It usually runs for 4–6 months and includes prompts, nudges, reflection and light accountability.

What is 7LFS?

7LFS stands for 7 Leadership Friction Statements. It is a team-only add-on based on AutomagiKal’s experience working with startup and small-company teams. It helps surface where mismatched answers across the team are creating friction in communication, ownership, decision-making and execution.

Can this be used for a leaderless team?

Yes. The Senior Team version can be structured for a leader-led team or a leaderless team, depending on how responsibility and consequence sit inside the group.

Can we see sample reports?

Yes. Sample reports can be shared during a conversation so you can see the kind of output, summary style and level of detail before configuring your order.

Can this work in different languages?

Yes, language support can be discussed as part of configuration. The important thing is that Spotters can give clear, useful feedback in language that allows the report to remain accurate and meaningful.
